The ticket for a single journey to your destination - transfer included. Available on all city buses and as a mobile phone ticket with your smartphone.

Particularly favourable if you want to travel by bus and train several times in one day. From the second journey onwards, this ticket is worthwhile compared to corresponding single tickets.

The ideal ticket for family and friends. Take up to five people for a day of criss-crossing the city. For two or more adults, it is cheaper than individual day tickets.

The Hessenticket is the special ticket for the whole of Hesse. Travel with up to five people for as many journeys as you like throughout Hesse with no kilometre limit. On the day of validity, the Hessenticket can be used from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. until closing time (5.00 a.m. the following day), on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Hesse, on Hessentag event days and all day on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Start on any day and be mobile for 7 days straight.

Get on the bus on a day of your choice and travel as often as you like in the city area until the same calendar day of the following month.

With this card, you can travel for 15% less than with the classic monthly ticket, daily from 9.00 am. At weekends and on Hessian public holidays even all day.

An offer for everyone aged 65 and over. Regardless of the selected route, you can use the ticket at the weekend and on Hessian public holidays in 2nd class, even in the entire RMV network area (excluding transition tariff areas).

To the RMV annual pass

• 9 o'clock annual season ticket allows you to sleep longer and save up to 25% compared to classic season tickets.
• Available in three versions: as a personal annual travelcard subscription, transferable annual travelcard subscription and transferable annual travelcard without subscription.
• On site, as a mobile phone ticket (personal version only) and in the WebShop

To the 9 o'clock tickets

The Seniorenticket Hessen is a personal annual ticket for all senior citizens aged 65 and over. It is valid in 2nd class on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. throughout the state of Hesse. At weekends and on public holidays in Hesse, as well as on 24 and 31 December, it is valid for an unlimited period. The RMV take-along regulation is excluded.

Available on site and in the RMV WebShop.

The comfort version of the senior ticket is valid all day on weekdays and entitles you to travel in 1st class. It is also possible to take one adult and any number of children under the age of 15 with you after 7 p.m. and all day on weekends and public holidays.

Senior Ticket Hesse (Comfort)

• Unlimited bus and rail travel on all means of transport in the RMV, NVV and VRN networks
• Valid for school pupils and trainees with place of residence or school/training centre in Hesse
• Personalised ticket, non-transferable and no entitlement to free travel for additional persons

To the Hesse student ticket

Simply visit our staff at the RMV mobility centre in Giessen and buy the right ticket. We will also be happy to answer any other questions you may have about mobility.

The RMVgo app offers a selection of different tickets that can be easily selected and paid for. These can be purchased quickly and cashlessly before travelling or in advance.

As our customer with a myRMV customer account, you can save 20 per cent with the RMV prepaid discount credit in the RMV app when purchasing single tickets.

It's that simple:

1. Top up a credit balance of at least 40 euros in the RMV app.
2. Select "RMV-PrepaidRabatt" as the payment method.
3. Buy your ticket online.

The credit can be paid out at any time. The tickets can be found in the app under "My tickets".

Season tickets can be ordered easily in the RMV TicketShop. All you need to do is register once at meinRMV.

For the first purchase, the ticket is sent by post on a chip card within five days. For each subsequent purchase, the ticket is provided electronically and can be loaded onto the existing chip card two days after ordering.

Tickets can also be purchased with a separate proof of eligibility - the proof of eligibility is uploaded during the ordering process.
