Your Deutschlandticket is available via the app with just a few clicks. Simply install the RMVgo app and create a one-off customer account with meinRMV. And you can start travelling without an order deadline (also applies to the current month).
If you would like to receive the Deutschlandticket as an eTicket on a chip card, you can do this conveniently from home via the my RMV customer portal. Simply order via the RMV TicketShop by the 20th of the month and start travelling throughout Germany from the first of the next month. Your ticket will be sent to you by post.
Do you still have questions about the Deutschlandticket or would you prefer to purchase it in person? Then you are welcome to visit us at the RMV mobility centre. Please note the order deadline. Order by the 10th of the month and be mobile throughout Germany from the first of the next month.
