Important information

Following the introduction of the 24-hour change of supplier, it will no longer be possible to register or deregister retroactively - with no exceptions. This means that from 6 June 2025, all changes must be registered in good time in advance. Corrections to the move-in date or subsequent cancellations of supply will then no longer be permitted. In the event of delays, the basic or replacement supply will automatically take effect, which is often associated with higher costs.
