The SWG football camp for football-loving children and young people is taking place for the fourth time. The Junior Football Academy Mittelhessen is organising the one-week training camp from 14 to 18 July 2008 at the sports ground in Pohlheim-Gabenteich. Stadtwerke Gießen is once again supporting the camp for football enthusiasts this year.
Talented young players between the ages of 6 and 15 can take part in the holiday school. The SWG holiday camp is not just for boys, but also for girls with a passion for football. In Garbenteich, the children learn lots of useful tips and tricks from the DFB and HFV licence coaches so that they can always be a touch better on the ball. The young footballers can look forward to coordination and technique training as well as special sessions for young goalkeepers.
The junior football academy will try to set a new sporting record: A warm-up training session with soccer aerobics and Brazilian content is planned with over 100 players. There will also be the opportunity to earn the DFB football badge. And of course there will be plenty of fun. Food and drink will also be provided and at the end of the educational football week, everyone will receive a gift and a certificate.
