On Monday, 11 April, the second period of a passenger survey will start on the Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) buses. It will last until 1 May. As was the case between mid-February and the beginning of March, specially trained employees will also be travelling on the buses during this period. They identify themselves with a personal survey card.
Anne Müller-Kreutz, Head of Local Transport Services at SWG, explains what this is all about: "We want to find out how many passengers with a disabled pass use the city buses. That's why our employees specifically ask for the tickets." Stadtwerke Gießen is asking passengers to help with the survey by showing their tickets. Two further survey periods will follow in the course of the year.
If passengers have any questions, they can contact the staff at the mobility centre in the Stadtwerke Gießen customer centre on Marktplatz in person or by telephone on 0641 708-1400. Opening hours of the mobility centre: Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
