From Tuesday, 15 August 2006, Asterweg will be temporarily closed. During the construction work, Stadtwerke Gießen AG (SWG) city buses on lines 3 and 13 will run in both directions from Nordanlage via Marburger Straße and Sudetenlandstraße to Egerländer Straße. The Schwarzlachweg stop cannot be approached in either direction during the construction phase. A replacement stop will be set up in Nordanlage to replace the Nordanlage stop in the direction of the cemetery. The construction work is expected to last several days.
Passengers can obtain further information by calling 0641 708-1400 and -1260 or at the mobility centre in the infoZentrum on Marktplatz. The mobility centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Stadtwerke asks its passengers for their understanding in the event of any delays.
