Until it becomes apparent that pupils can return to face-to-face lessons, Giessen city buses will run according to the holiday timetable.
Until further notice, Giessen's city buses will run according to the holiday timetable. The reason for this is the political decision that face-to-face lessons are still largely suspended. The only exception to this is for pupils in their final year. Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) will of course be monitoring developments very closely over the coming weeks. "As soon as it is foreseeable that many young people will have to get to school on time again in the morning, we will return to the usual timetable arrangements with the usual extra journeys," announces Anne Müller-Kreutz, Head of Local Transport Services at SWG.
Information on the current timetable is available at www.rmv.de or at www.swg-verkehr.de.
From Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm, the staff at the RMV mobility centre will of course also be happy to help.
