Diversion for bus routes 800 and 802

Construction work in Burgstraße in Krofdorf-Gleiberg makes it necessary to reroute bus routes 800 and 802.

From Monday, 31 March 2025, Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) will have to reroute bus routes 800 and 802 in the centre of Wettenberg Krofdorf-Gleiberg. The reason for the measure is construction work in Burgstraße. From the "Apotheke" stop, the buses will initially remain on Burgstraße and travel to the "Hainweg" replacement stop, which has been moved forward by around 120 metres. Shortly afterwards, they will turn into Feldgräben street to reach Wetzlarer Straße, which they will follow in the direction of Gießen. As the "Hardtweg" stop has to be cancelled due to this diversion, SWG has set up the additional "Seemühle" stop in Wetzlarer Straße. In the direction of Am Wingert in Krofdorf-Gleiberg, the usual route will remain in place.
