On Saturday, 25 October, only the Stadtwerke Gießen fault numbers will be available.
Due to extensive work on the telephone system, Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) can only be reached by telephone in an emergency from 8 a.m. on Saturday, 25 October. SWG will accept fault reports on 0800 23 02 110 - emergency gas calls on 0800 23 02 112.
The service number 0800 23 02 100 and all other telephone and fax numbers on 0641 708 plus extension are not available.
Ulli Boos, Head of Marketing at SWG, points out: "If customers have urgent questions, they can of course contact our staff at the customer centre on the market square directly on Saturday until 2 pm - and again by telephone from Monday, 27 October."
