The winners of Stadtwerke Giessen's "Machen weil" competition on Facebook and Instagram have been announced. They have now received their prizes: E-scooters from the SWG product brand E-Revolution and vouchers from Delta Bike.
Modern technology in a classic design: the participants in the "Machen weil" competition organised by Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) appreciate the advantages of an e-scooter. From mid-July to the end of December 2022, over 3,500 people on Facebook and Instagram took the chance to win one of the two e-scooters from SWG's E-Revolution product brand. Followers who left a "Like" and posted their preferred colour and favourite destination or first passenger in the comments were entered into the competition.
E-scooter in the colour of your choice
After the draw in January 2023, a total of six winners - three per social media channel - received the good news. The first prizes went to Stephanie Motz and Susanne Breidenbach. The two winners each received a high-quality e-scooter including a top case in a colour of their choice. The scooters in retro design not only impress with a battery capacity of around 63 kilometres, but also with useful details such as the integrated USB port. "Our practical e-scooters are not only quiet and clean, but can also find a parking space anywhere," emphasises SWG company spokesperson Ulli Boos.
The other prizes were vouchers worth 500 euros each from Delta Bike in Giessen for the two runners-up and vouchers worth 250 euros each from Delta Bike for the third places.
The winners met with Ulli Boos on 27 February at Stadtwerke Gießen in Lahnstraße 31. He handed over the attractive prizes in the form of vouchers. The e-scooters - one black and one light blue - will be delivered to the winners free of charge. "We congratulate all the winners and are delighted with the lively participation on social media," said Ulli Boos.
