On Saturday, 15 March, the mobility centre of Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) will be closed all day due to employee training. "Staff training is one of the most important tools for us to continuously optimise our customer service. We deliberately chose a Saturday, as experience has shown that the number of visitors is much higher on the other working days," explains Anne Müller-Kreutz, Head of SWG Local Transport Services. Tickets can be purchased at the usual points of sale in the city centre. The Wolsdorff Tobacco sales outlet at Mäusburg 5 is located in the immediate vicinity of the customer centre.
Stadtwerke Gießen would also like to point out the following: "The closure on 15 March only affects the mobility centre. SWG contacts on the subject of energy will be available to answer questions as usual between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the customer centre."
