A large demonstration will take place in Giessen on Thursday, 3 May. The city of Giessen is expecting around 2000 participants in the period from 11:00 to 14:30. Passengers travelling on Giessen city buses should be prepared for bus delays due to possible traffic obstructions. Starting with the opening rally in the area in front of the railway station, the demonstrators will continue their route through Giessen. This will affect: Bahnhofstraße, Liebigstraße, Frankfurter Straße, Selterstor, Südanlage, Berliner Platz, Ostanlage, John-F.-Kennedy-Platz, Nordanlage, Neustadt, Marktstraße and Kirchenplatz.
Stadtwerke asks its passengers for their understanding if there are traffic obstructions and bus delays due to the demonstration.
