Over the next two weeks, Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) and the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) will be asking passengers on buses and trains for information. The network-wide RMV passenger survey will begin on Saturday, 17 April; the survey of the number of passengers with severe disabilities by SWG will start on Monday, 19 April. This means that some passengers may be contacted more than once. "In these cases, we ask those affected for their understanding and, of course, their help," says Anne Müller-Kreutz, Head of Local Transport Services at Stadtwerke Gießen. The surveys are intended to help us tailor the public transport services even better to current needs. "Anyone who takes a moment to respond can contribute to future improvements themselves," explains Anne Müller-Kreutz.

Employees working on behalf of SWG or RMV can be recognised by their ID cards; the data collected is not personal for data protection reasons.
