Since 21 May, visitors to the Ringallee bathing centre have been splashing and swimming in the open air. From this week, water lovers and sun worshippers can also enjoy the cool water and fine weather outdoors in Kleinlinden and Lützellinden. Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) will open the outdoor pool season there on Thursday, 6 June. The opening times are the same as in 2012: daily from 1 pm to 7 pm. If the weather is particularly good - if the forecast promises temperatures of at least 25 degrees for the following day and sunshine - SWG will extend the opening hours by four hours. There will then be time for swimming and sunbathing in Kleinlinden and Lützellinden from 10 am to 8 pm. Last admission for guests: one hour before the pools close. The prices will also remain the same. Visitors pay 2.10 euros for a day ticket, a 5-person ticket costs 8.40 euros and a season ticket costs 42 euros for adults. The price of a season ticket for children and others entitled to a discount is 28 euros. Families pay 84 euros for a season ticket.
