On 24 and 31 December 2013 as well as on 1 January 2014, special timetables will once again apply for Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) public transport services. On Christmas Eve, buses will run according to the regular Saturday timetable until around 5 pm. The buses will then take a break until the morning of 25 December. On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, the timetables for Sundays and public holidays apply. Night owls should also take note: From 23 December to 10 January, the "Venus" and "Saturn" lines will not be running.
