With the heating check plus, the entire heating system is scrutinised by a qualified tradesman from one of our partner companies: from heat generation to heat distribution and heat transfer. The expert assesses the individual system components (boiler, control system, pump, pipework, radiators) using standardised criteria and rates their energy quality with points. The higher the score, the more the current condition deviates from the desirable energy target condition and the higher the savings potential of a modernisation measure. In a detached house, the heating check plus only takes around an hour.
Important: The heating check plus is a visual inspection of the heating system and does not oblige you to take any further measures. No adjustments are made to the heating system.
When is the heating check plus useful?

- If you are considering modernising your heating system, you should document the status of your existing system with a heating check plus before starting work.
- When applying for subsidies for energy modernisation measures from the federal KfW banking group, you must prove that you have met the requirements with the modernisation measure. The heating check plus serves as valid proof.
