On Monday 9 April, Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) will start the second period of a passenger survey on its buses. It will run until 28 April 2018, during which time trained staff will be on the buses asking passengers for their tickets. The main aim of the campaign is to determine the number of passengers who are authorised to use the buses with their disabled pass. Important to know: The inspectors will identify themselves with a personal ID card. SWG is asking passengers to support the survey staff in their work.
Further surveys will follow in the course of the year. They all serve one important purpose: to use the information gained to continuously improve the local transport services. If passengers have any questions about the current survey, they are welcome to contact the staff at the mobility centre in the Stadtwerke Gießen customer centre on Marktplatz. In person from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm or by telephone on 0641 708-1400.
