As part of its "Energy Knowledge on Tuesday" lecture series, Stadtwerke Gießen will be providing information on 29 November about the benefits of hydraulic heating balancing and about the "Regulation on securing the energy supply via medium-term measures", which has been in force since October.
Uncomfortable weather and colder temperatures naturally cause many people to turn up their heating. However, against the backdrop of high fuel prices and the ongoing energy crisis, efficient use of heat is crucial, especially this winter. In the upcoming lecture in the "Energy Knowledge on Tuesday" series, Martin Lorenz, energy consultant at Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG), will explain how hydraulic balancing can save energy and costs in the long term.
Lower consumption with the same level of comfort
Hydraulic balancing in a central heating system ensures even pressure conditions throughout the heating system - regardless of the distance to the boiler. This ensures that each radiator receives exactly as much heat as is required for the room to be heated. This makes it possible to reduce the flow temperature to a minimum. And this is precisely where the savings effect lies. In the presentation, homeowners will find out what costs are incurred for such an optimisation of the heating system and what advantages result from it. The SWG energy expert will also provide a comprehensive overview of current funding opportunities.
If you would like to watch the online lecture on 29 November at 5:30 pm, please register by 27 November at energieberatung@stadtwerke-giessen.de and you will receive a participation link in good time before the event.
