Online dispute resolution
Consumers can use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) to obtain free assistance in submitting a consumer complaint about an online sales contract or online service contract as well as information about the procedures at the consumer arbitration boards in the European Union.

SWG is neither obliged nor willing to participate in the procedures of the consumer arbitration boards in the European Union.
