A special prize awaited the winners of this year's holiday games organised by Stadtwerke Gießen AG (SWG). The magic workshop with Ichmael took place last Friday at the Stadtwerke. The children were impressed by Ichmael's magic skills and learnt a few magic tricks themselves. Michael Rösner (Head of Sales Private and Commercial Customers) congratulated the young winners and wished them lots of fun at the magic workshop. The 17 winners learnt the one times one of magic and were able to demonstrate their skills as apprentice magicians during the three-hour workshop.
It wasn't just the little guests who received the attention, but also the organisers and supervisors of the holiday games. Michael Rösner thanked all the helpers who had contributed to the success of the holiday games.
17 winners from the region
This year, a total of 526 children from Giessen and the neighbouring towns and communities accepted SWG's invitation to the waterworks and experienced the waterworks in action. In addition to the games of skill, the children from the participating groups were able to take part in an additional competition. Those who paid close attention knew the solution immediately. The SWG employees wanted to know from the participants how much water a Giessen citizen uses every day? The municipal utilities drew the following winners from over 100 correct entries:
Luisa Becker (Mücke), Tom Lennart Becker (Pohlheim), Michael Ebert (Staufenberg), André Fischer (Buseck), Sabrina Hossbach (Gießen), Dominik Klinge (Gießen), Jannik Köhler (Lahnau), Alexander Krebs (Gießen), Lisa Kreutz (Gießen), Adriana Krug (Lollar), Luca Manns (Giessen), Jan Manteufel (Fernwald), Alexander Parr (Reiskirchen), Leon Pitz (Heuchelheim), Nick Stroh (Wettenberg), Lena Maria Wenzel (Homberg/Ohm), Leon Wißner (Allendorf/Lumda).
