From Monday, 27 September 2004, the route of Line 1 will change slightly. Due to construction work, Heyerweg between Rödgener Straße and Grünberger Straße will be fully closed. The changes are expected to begin at 8 a.m. on Monday.
The Heyerweg stop on line 1 will be cancelled for buses coming from Studentendorf during the construction phase. City buses travelling to the Studentendorf terminus will travel directly from the Waldstadion bus stop via Grünberger Straße to the Albert-Schweitzer-Schule stop.
The city buses then continue along Grünberger Straße and Rödgener Straße to Rödgen. The return journey is via Grünberger Straße directly to the Waldstadion bus stop. There is no diversion for journeys to and from Rödgen/Bürgerhaus.
The city buses are scheduled to return to their previous route on Friday.
