In its "Energy Knowledge on Tuesday" lecture series, Stadtwerke Gießen will be providing information about the numerous benefits of the SWG customer portal on 27 September.

There are many reasons to get in touch with Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG). For example, to inform them of new bank details or meter readings. Wilhelm Braun, Head of Energy Advice and Customer Service at the SWG Customer Centre on Marktplatz, will explain how this and many other things can be done around the clock from the comfort of your own couch in an online presentation on 27 September. The event is part of the "Energy Knowledge on Tuesday" series.

 

The functions explained using practical examples

The SWG customer portal offers a whole host of options. To use them, you only need to register once. Naturally, Wilhelm Braun goes into this central step in detail. He then goes on to explain the various functions of the portal - from changing personal data, managing contracts and recording meter readings to adjusting instalments. Wilhelm Braun has prepared easy-to-understand practical examples for each individual point, which he will demonstrate in the course of his presentation. Last but not least, he also emphasises the usefulness of the individual applications. For example, all contracts are stored and easy to access. In addition, simulation calculations or duplicate invoices can be created quickly and easily.
