SWG-infoCentre presents aspects for a pleasant climate and well-being

High temperatures in the office or at home that affect your well-being - who hasn't experienced this? An exhibition in the infoCentre of Stadtwerke Gießen AG (SWG) shows what can be done to create a pleasant indoor climate. On Monday 4 July 2005, the exhibition entitled "Climate and well-being" opened on the upper floor of the infoZentrum on the market square, where SWG's energy consultants provide information on important aspects of air conditioning in homes and offices. Interested parties can visit the exhibition Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. The advisory team not only provides information on the benefits of air conditioning units, but also offers information on everything from purchasing to the many different applications of air conditioning units. Comfort is a top priorityAs a rule, temperatures between 17 and 25 degrees and a humidity of 40 to 60 per cent are perceived as pleasant. The weather cannot be changed, but modern room air conditioners can make you feel comfortable. Correct air conditioning The size of the room is crucial for using air conditioning units sensibly. Visitors to the exhibition will receive useful tips from the energy consultants when deciding between mobile and permanently installed systems. Much more than cool airModern appliances cool and dehumidify, heat, humidify and clean. A well-considered choice when purchasing is particularly beneficial for allergy sufferers: Efficient filters remove allergenic substances such as dust and pollen, as well as unpleasant odours from the room air.
