End of the season in the district pools

In Kleinlinden and Lützellinden, the outdoor pool summer ends on 31 August.

The outdoor pool season in the district pools in Kleinlinden and Lützellinden comes to an end on Sunday, 31 August 2025. Despite the mixed summer, a total of around 22,000 bathers came to refresh themselves, swim laps or enjoy the sun on the 91 days the pools were open. "As in previous years, the rather changeable weather - especially during the summer holidays - is clearly reflected in the visitor numbers," sums up Sonja Krausmüller, swimming supervisor at the Kleinlinden and Lützellinden outdoor pools, adding: "The cloudy and rainy July in particular fell well short of our expectations."

Keep swimming

Good to know: Holders of season tickets for the district pools can continue to use them for a few more days. After 31 August, they will be valid at the Ringallee outdoor pool, which will remain open until mid-September - if the weather cooperates, perhaps even a little longer. "We will inform our bathing guests in good time in the press and on our website when the Ringallee outdoor pool closes its doors for the season," announces Sonja Krausmüller.
