Construction work in Schlachthofstraße will make it necessary to reroute the Venus night bus route from 5 April.
Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) has been laying new supply lines in Schlachthofstraße since Tuesday, 2 April. As this has to be fully closed for the duration of the construction work, the Venus night bus route will use an alternative route from Friday 5 April, probably until 5 May. The route via Rodheimer Straße, An der Hessenhalle and Schlachthofstraße will be cancelled. The buses will not be able to serve the "Hessenhalle" and "Hardtallee" stops during this time. Alternatively, passengers can use the bus stops "Schützenstraße" or "Gleiberger Weg" in Krofdorfer Straße.
