Due to construction work in Wettenberg Krofdorf-Gleiberg, lines 800, 802 and 81 will be running on a diversion route from 18 April.
On Monday, 18 April, extensive work will begin in Wettenberg Krofdorf-Gleiberg to replace water pipes in Am Augarten, Hardtweg and Torstraße. The sewerage system will also be renovated in sections of Hardtweg. Due to partial and full closures, buses on routes 800 and 802 will have to take diversions.
The bus stops "Hainweg" and "Hardweg" cannot be reached during the construction work. For this reason, Stadtwerke Gießen is setting up the replacement stop "Hainweg" in Burgstraße directly in front of the old primary school. In addition, the vehicles will take an alternative route through Feldgräben and via Wetzlarer Straße to the "Am Augarten" stop.
The local lines GI-81 and GI-82 are also affected by the full and partial closures due to the renovation of the water pipes. Further information on these lines can be obtained from Verkehrsbetriebe Weber GmbH on 06446 9303 0.
