Due to bridge construction work on Heuchelheimer Straße in Giessen, buses on routes 12 and 24 will have to take a diversion from around 8 p.m. on Friday, 18 November. Until Monday 21 November at around 5 a.m., the buses will run in both directions via Hardtallee and Paul-Zipp-Straße.
During this period, buses travelling in the direction of Marktplatz will not be able to call at the "Hardtallee" stop on Rodheimer Straße. Alternatively, they will serve the "Kropbacher Weg" stop on Hardtallee. Line 24 will also not be able to travel to the "Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße" stop in Heuchelheimer Straße. An alternative stop will not be set up. Passengers are requested to change to the "Heuchelheim Ost" stop. If necessary, trams on route 12 will stop at the "Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße" stop.
The diversion via Hardtallee and Paul-Zipp-Straße will also apply to the buses on VGO lines 41, 42, 43 and 44 from 18 to 21 November: Coaches on the "Venus" night bus route will not be travelling to the industrial area West during the construction work.
