Due to renovation work on a level crossing in Rödgener Straße in Giessen, the buses on route 1 will be running on a diversion route from Thursday 27 October at around 8 am. The buses will run in both directions via Grünberger Straße and Udersbergstraße until around 8 a.m. on Saturday 29 October. During this time, the "Rudolf-Diesel-Straße" and "Sophie-Scholl-Schule" stops will not be served. This affects both buses travelling to Rödgen and buses travelling in the direction of Kleinlinden/Allendorf/Lützellinden. The "Heyerweg" stop in Heyerweg will also be served during the full closure of Rödgener Straße.
There will be no changes for buses with the start or end stop "Sophie-Scholl-Schule".

Opening hours of the customer centre at Marktplatz: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
