The SWG organises additional trips to the Schiffenberg.
Once again this year, the Gießener Meisterkonzerte e. V. association is organising the popular basilica concerts on the Schiffenberg. The first one is scheduled for next Sunday, 26 May. As in previous years, Stadtwerke Gießen (SWG) is offering music lovers the opportunity to travel to the event conveniently and punctually to the start at 11.30 a.m. by public transport. To this end, they will be running an additional bus on route 6, which will depart from the "Berliner Platz" stop in the direction of Schiffenberg at 10.51 a.m. on 26 May. Another will follow at 11.51 am. From 12.51 pm, the buses will run at regular hourly intervals from the "Behördenzentrum" stop. The return journey from Schiffenberg starts six minutes after the hour, i.e. from 11.06 am to 6.06 pm.
