a) The annual output price for the heat requirement in the delivery year is as shown in the above formula
b) In the above price formula means:

L1 = Arithmetic mean of the last 6 monthly wages of an employee in pay group 7 level 5 of the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V) of 5 October 2000 in the version of the respective valid amended collective agreement with a 2-month time lag.
L0 = basic monthly wage of an employee in pay group 7 level 5 of the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V) dated 5 October 2000 as amended by the 13th amendment to the collective agreement dated 18 April 2018 = EUR 3,727.25 (gross wage as at 01.07.2019).
c) The heat requirement in kW for the calculation of the annual service price in accordance with a) above is the heat output determined by SWG that is to be provided for the customer property at the transfer point on the basis of the relevant DIN EN 12831.
d) The annual performance price changes on 1 April and 1 October of each year. With effect from 1 April and 1 October of each year, the arithmetic mean of the capital goods indices and the monthly wages of the following months shall be used as the basis for the change in the annual service price:
- for the formation of the annual performance price on 1 April: August to December of the previous calendar year and January of the current calendar year,
- for the formation of the annual output price on 1 October: February to July of the current calendar year.

c) The energy price changes on 1 April and 1 October of each year. With effect from 1 April and 1 October of each year, the arithmetic mean of the gas indices (natural gas, for supply to industry, annual supply 116,300 MWh/year, excluding CO2 levy) and the heat price indices of the following months shall be used as the basis for the change in the energy price:
- for the calculation of the energy price on 1 April: August to December of the previous calendar year and January of the current calendar year,
- for the calculation of the energy price on 1 October: February to July of the current calendar year.

d) The settlement price shall change on 1 April and 1 October of each year. With effect from 1 April and 1 October of each year, the arithmetic mean of the capital goods indices and the monthly wages of the following months shall be used as the basis for the change in the transfer price:
- for the formation of the transfer price on 1 April: August to December of the previous calendar year and January of the current calendar year,
- for the formation of the transfer price as at 1 October: February to July of the current calendar year.
