Öko Therm heat pump price components and price adjustment clauses

The heat price for the quantities purchased under the contract is made up of an annual performance price, a labour price and a transfer price.

I1 = Arithmetic mean of the capital goods indices of the last 6 months with a 2-month time lag. Federal Statistical Office: Long series of indices of producer prices of industrial products, No. 3.

I0 = basis capital goods index = 99.9 (July 2021, basis 2021 = 100). Federal Statistical Office: Long series of indices of producer prices of industrial products, No. 3.

L1 = Arithmetic mean of the last 6 monthly wages of an employee in pay group 7 level 5 of the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V) dated 5 October 2000 in the version of the respective valid amended collective agreement with a 2-month time lag.

L0 = basic monthly wage of an employee in pay group 7 level 5 of the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V) dated 5 October 2000 as amended by the 13th amendment to the collective agreement dated 18 April 2018 = EUR 3,825.52 (gross wage as at 1 July 2021).

The arithmetic mean of the following monthly values (months August to December of the previous calendar year and January of the current calendar year) was used to calculate the annual benefit price as at 1 April 2025:

As of 1 April 2025, the annual power price (net) is as follows

LP = EUR 27.44/kW and year

  • VAT will be charged on the aforementioned net prices at the applicable statutory rate (as at 01/04/2025: 19 %).

The arithmetic mean of the following monthly values (months August to December of the previous calendar year and January of the current calendar year) was used to calculate the energy price as at 1 April 2025:

  • Residential heat meter: VP: 125.35 euros
  • up to 100 kW: VP = EUR 125.35/year
  • up to 175 kW: VP = 160.89 EUR/year
